• purchase radiator/heater hoses, fuses, battery cable, sensors (oil press, water temp), thermostat, 8 ga wire (alternator to battery), grommet kit

•tried to clean up & paint/dye old radiator overflow

•started looking at 700r4 lockup wiring
• purchased braided wire wrap, wire, braided hose fittings and assembly lube

• Tried to find hidden spot for radiator overflow

• Modified oil dipstick (hits inner fender and oil pressure sensor)
• Worked on fixing bent throttle linkage - bent back to proper dimensions, will need to be strengthened

• Researched water temp sensors

• Purchased Radiator overflow (Dorman 603-001)

• Fabricated spacer for Radiator Overflow

• Fabricated driverside bracket for fuel line
• Purchased: new battery cables (returned previous purchase), pipe plugs & fittings

• Worked on modifying engine wiring harness
• Test fit hose clamps

• Removed radiator and fan to run overflow hose, securing wiring, touch up paint, etc

• Cut and terminated ground cable - battery to chassis, chassis to engine

• Determined final routing for trans lines

• Fabricated brackets (2nd design) for fuel line

• Pick-n-pull - search for thermostat housing
• Painted fuel line brackets and radiator overflow spacer

• Touch up paint - fan, fan spacer

• Secured radiator overflow hose

• Discovered starter interference

• Purchased: stretch tape, nylon line clamps, cable tie mounts, paint
• Ordered: asphalt wiring loom, split wiring loom, radiator paint (Eastwood)

• Stuck pipe fittings in intake - needed to remove carburetor and intake from engine to remove

• Radiator prep - straightened fins, removed grease, and tape residue

• Modified fuel line brackets - welded nut to backside, then repainted with engine paint

• Installed fuel filler hose - had to drop tank, loosen filler tube from fender

• Touch up paint - intake, valve cover

• Modified fuel line brackets - welded nut to backside, then repainted with engine paint

• 2nd coat of paint on brackets (fuel line, radiator overflow), oil dipstick

• painted carb spacer, 4 barrel adapter plate

• removed fuel pump to add thread sealer on fuel fittings.

• continued organizing under dash wiring

• ran wire loom for lockup wiring and transmission temp gauge
